I’ve been a nurse for 28 years and have worked in fitness and training for more than 20 years. I’m also a board-certified holistic nurse. That background lets me look at the full picture instead of treating health, fitness, and everyday life as separate things.
Nursing has put me beside people dealing with chronic illness, health concerns, and major changes in their lives. I’ve seen how difficult those seasons can be. I’ve also seen women get handed quick fixes, crash diets, and expectations that were never realistic in the first place.
Wellness is about more than what we see in the mirror. It is physical health, mental strength, emotional well-being, and having the confidence to live your life fully.
Strength is not just about how much weight you can lift or how your body looks. Sometimes it means getting through a hard season, finding your voice, accepting change, and deciding not to give up on yourself. Every woman deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported while she takes control of her health and her future.
In my coaching, I use what I’ve learned through nursing, fitness, nutrition, and mindset work. I listen to where a woman is, what she is dealing with, and what she wants to change. Then we work on a plan that fits her life.
That may mean working through aging, hormonal changes, weight management, or self-doubt. The goal is to build habits she can actually keep and help her feel healthier and more confident in the process.
I do not believe in quick fixes or giving every woman the same plan. I meet women where they are, help them see what they are capable of, and give them the tools and encouragement to keep moving forward.
Iron Confidence Coaching lets me bring this work online so more women can receive guidance that is personal and backed by real clinical experience.
My mission is to empower women to stop surviving, start thriving, and discover that their greatest strength has been within them all along.
Confidence is not about becoming someone else. It is about becoming the woman you were always meant to be.
